Membership

for individuals wishing to practice and learn Aikido with licensed Isshinkai Association Teachers. To be a Member, you don't have to be a member of an affiliated club, or attend regular classes. Some periodically attend short courses at the Isshinkai School of Aikido.

New Members attending regular classes are allowed a period of three weeks or attendance of three classes, whichever comes sooner, before being required to join the Association.

Visitors from other Aikido organisations are welcome to attend beyond this for a period of up to three months before being required to join the Association, provided they have BAB insurance which covers them to do so.

Membership is conditional on payment of the relevant and appropriate subscription fee.

Club Membership

for clubs wishing affiliate to the Isshinkai School of Aikido, benefit from and participate in the activities of the Isshinkai Association and abide by it's Constitution, policies, working practices and guidelines.

No affiliation fee is charged for Club Membership.
